Despite dancing on Christmas Eve,  apparently I’ve eaten too much and trousers are stretched.  If you also have overindulged then this read really has something both for beginners and regular salseros to help get you back into shape.

At the beginning of January many people make the resolution to take up a healthy hobby or find a way of making new friends. You've found the joy of dance, why not suggest it as an option?

Just a quick note on the weekend's dancing.  We are aware there are other parties and weekenders but can point you towards activities we know are definitely on.

Putney this Friday will have the normal blend of bachata and salsa lessons followed by social.

DJ Hughie presents the free Dance the Turkey out of the Belly party in Stratford on Saturday.

Salsatricity also are hosting a New Years Eve party the following night in Watford
